Mutifunctional Photoelectric Sensor IC

The TVPSM0D00X is a highly integrated optoelectronic ASIC, possessing both excellent environmental resistance performance and detection performance. It is primarily applied in the field of industrial photoelectric sensors, suitable for factory automation scenarios. This chip converts optical signals into electrical signals through an external photodiode (PD), and integrates the following functional modules: signal amplification circuit, filtering circuit, AD conversion circuit, digital signal processing (DSP) circuit, and over-current detection circuit, ultimately outputting high/low logic levels. It incorporates a built-in 5 V LDO linear regulator, offering higher integration, which can significantly reduce the customer's application cost. Its emitted LED pulse frequency reaches up to 1.1 MHz, possessing a higher response frequency compared to traditional photoelectric switches.
