TVPSCLK00X Interface IC

The TVPSCLK00X is a versatile I/O-LINK and SIO mode transceiver designed to drive resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads. The output stage can be configured for high side, low side, or push-pull operation and incorporates reverse polarity protection. It limits the output current to a maximum of 450mA and prevents short circuits by shutting down the driver if the temperature exceeds safe levels. This device operates within an input voltage range of 8-36VDC and provides an output current of 200mA. When the OE input is set to High, it delivers a push-pull output, with the output state determined by the NIN port. If the NIN pin is configured to low or high, it will function as a high side (PNP) or low side (NPN) driver, respectively. To minimize interference, output transitions are intentionally slowed down. Additionally, it features a 5V LDO that can supply up to 20mA for external circuits at the VOUT pin.
